ESTABLISHMENT

A non-state organization of extended professional education «Research and Training Center« Testing and Diagnostics » (RTC« Testing and Diagnostics ») was formed in November 1994. RTC« Testing and Diagnostics »was the first center in Russia received European accreditation body for certification of NDT personnel. 

WE HAVE

RTC «Testing and Diagnostics» has its own teaching and laboratory facilities (1000 m2), equipped with all necessary tools for non-destructive testing (over 250 units) and samples from field defects (over 400 samples), its own library of standards, regulations and educational literature. Highly professional experts from industry are involved into the works execution. 

WE ARE LICENSED (license)

RTC «Testing and Diagnostics» has all necessary licenses and permits for its activities in Russia: Education Department of Moscow, Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision of Russia (Rostechnadzor) Gosstroy Russia, the Chamber of Commerce of Russia, the recognition of personnel certification system of Russian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and technical diagnostics, recognition in the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. 

At the international level, RTC «Testing and Diagnostics» is accredited by the British accreditation body UKAS as a body for certification of personnel for non-destructive testing and welding, recognized by the European Federation for nondestructive testing (EFNDT), the British Institute for the nondestructive testing (BINDT) under the European Directive PED 97 / 23 «The equipment under pressure», accredited by the International Institute of Welding (IIW) and European Welding Federation (EWF) for qualification of welding personnel. 

Quality Management System of the RTC «Testing and Diagnostics» is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 certification by the Swiss certification body.

WE ARE IN THE WORLD

The Center participates in the work of the United Nations (UNECE) on standardization in oil and gas sector, the Executive Committee of the European Federation for the certification of nondestructive testing (CEC EFNDT), the Working Group on Certification of WG1 International Committee for non-destructive testing.

During its activity, RTC «Testing and Diagnostics» held more than 11000 certifications / attestations of non-destructive testing specialists, trained and certified more than 2000 independent technical oversight of inspectors certified more than 400 laboratories for non-destructive testing.
